Now in its 31st year, the Hollywood Home Tour is one of East Dallas’s most anticipated annual events—celebrating the 101-year-old neighborhood’s rich architectural character and the vibrant spirit of the community behind it. This year marked a record-breaking turnout, and we were honored to play a central role in bringing it all to life.
From early planning to final execution, we served as an extension of the home tour committee, shaping the full visual experience of the weekend. Our work included a refreshed magazine design, cohesive event signage, branded social media graphics, and day-of materials that helped streamline and elevate the guest experience. We also managed ticket sales and served on the event planning team, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
We wanted the visuals to feel just a bit fresher this year, so we partnered with some incredibly talented neighborhood volunteers who generously donated their time and creativity. One artist contributed a custom watercolor house illustration, while another volunteer supported the magazine layout—both bringing thoughtful design details to life.
The weekend kicked off with a Friday night Wine Walk, drawing a sell-out crowd of 600 guests. With wine and bites at each home and live music at every stop, the evening felt more festive than ever—transforming the tour into a true neighborhood celebration.
Saturday’s tour welcomed over 1,100 attendees through six beautifully curated homes, each showcasing a unique style and story. Altogether, the event raised more than $50,000, with net proceeds supporting local schools and reinvestment in neighborhood projects.
This project is a true example of how thoughtful design can bring people together, amplify local efforts, and create something both beautiful and impactful. We’re proud to have helped the Hollywood Home Tour evolve while staying rooted in everything that makes it special.
