We're a boutique marketing agency based in East Dallas, partnering with businesses to create strategic marketing, engaging social media, compelling content, and websites that support real business growth.

We're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who is equal parts creative and organized. Someone who loves social media, notices the details others miss, enjoys working with clients, and gets excited about bringing ideas to life.

This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across social media, content creation, client management, branding, events, websites, and marketing strategy.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Work

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Content Creation

  • Capture photo and video content during client visits, events, and content shoots
  • Create graphics and marketing materials in Canva
  • Assist with video editing and content production
  • Organize and maintain client content libraries
  • Collaborate on content concepts and campaign ideas
  • Help ensure content aligns with each client's brand standards
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts
  • Write captions and assist with content planning and strategy
  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms
  • Create Stories, Reels, and other platform-specific content
  • Monitor engagement and assist with community management
  • Help prepare monthly reports and performance summaries
  • Stay current on social media trends and platform updates

  • Assist with client communication and project coordination
  • Help prepare presentations and marketing materials
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables
  • Support website updates and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with event planning and execution
  • Participate in client meetings

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements

THE TECHNICAL SIDE

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident in client-facing situations
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Canva experience required
  • Google Workspace proficiency
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Instagram Reels, or similar)
  • Comfortable capturing photo and video content using an iPhone
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings, content shoots, and events
  • Occasional evening or after-hours availability for events and content gathering
  • Comfortable capturing photo and video content using an iPhone
  • Must have a personal iPhone capable of capturing high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing purposes
